Dato' Muhammad Noah is a multidisciplinary professional with expertise spanning engineering, technology, strategic planning, and technical advisory services. He provides strategic and technical advisory support to government stakeholders, with a focus on development opportunities, project planning, strategic initiatives, and programmes aligned with national priorities and long-term development objectives.
Dato' Muhammad Noah was conferred the title "Dato'" by the late Sultan of Pahang in recognition of his contributions and achievements. He holds a PhD from Columbus International University, reflecting his academic background and multidisciplinary professional experience.
His professional focus includes supporting stakeholders in evaluating development opportunities, formulating strategic plans, and facilitating the planning and implementation of initiatives with long-term national and institutional objectives in mind.
Dato' Muhammad Noah also holds an Arms Licence (A) issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), Malaysia. The firearms covered under the licence are lawfully possessed, maintained, and managed in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
